Olindias bar stool by Luca Nichetto. Materials: shell: dark green / coral / duck blue / warm. Light lacquered polyurethane. Structure: black powder-coated metal. Dimensions: W48. 2 x D48.2 x H83 cm. HS 75 cm Also available: W48.2 x D48.2 x H73 cm. Olindias is a bar stool able to easily adapt to a variety of environments. With a bold design that recalls the shape of a jellyfish, characterised by curved lines and a contemporary elegance, Olindias renews the archetype of the bar stool adding a strong personality to a Classic piece. A Minimalist structure composed by tubular legs in metal converges to the top to support the seat. Italian designer Luca Nichetto is the Art Director of La Manufacture. Born in Venice in 1976, he studied there at the IUAV, the Venice University Institute of Architecture, from which he graduated in Industrial Design. In 1999, he started his career designing his first projects for Salviati using Murano glass. He went on to collaborate with Foscarini as a designer and consultant. In 2006, he established his own studio in Venice, which specialised in Industrial Design and design consulting. Five years later, in 2011, Nichetto opened a second studio in Stockholm, Sweden, where he now works and resides. Throughout his career, Nichetto has served as Art Director for a number of international design brands.
