About the Item

Iconic Italian Mid Century Italian Lounge Chair attributed to Guido Faleschini for Mariani, with a wide and low form. The chair is upholstered in orange-brown leather over a dramatically rounded back curving into large arms. The back is tufted and stitched in a unique pattern lending visual interest, matching two button tufts on the seat. Raised on a round chrome swivel base. Notably comfortable. Dimensions: 42" W, 43.5 D, 36" H, 17.75 seat height Condition: Please see detail photos. The leather is distressed from age and use with cracking , marks and some spotting and there is aging to the metal base however despite the wear the chair presents in an authentic Mid Century manner.
