About the Item

Sculptural Tripod Desk Chair 1930s. Great industrial desk chair with a very distinct sculptural tripod base. It is kind of unusual to find a very modest and practical industrial chair with a very joyful base. The legs of this chair curl up in a very stylish fashion and give this chair a very sculptural appearance. It is not only a chair, but also a very interesting object at the same time. The base of the chair is made out of lacquered steel and has a suiting patination. The upholstery is black faux leather. It can be adjusted in height. The chair is in good vintage condition with a nice patina.
