18th Century Oak Wainscot Chair, Hall Chair This Handsome Chair, has carving to the back rest, a magnificent patina apart from the well used solid plank seat, the sturdy crook arms are supported with a turned upright, the simplicity of the design of this chair is accented by the stout legs and floor stretchers This lovely country piece would be at home by the fire in a main hall, but a piece such as this has a stand alone country house quality The chair is in good sound condition for its age, The Chair is 39” high it is 22” wide and 22” deep, the seat height is 18” TDG132
