Appealing example of mid-century industrial taste, with great colour Displays a desirable aged patina commensurate with age and use Enamelled steel frame and trays finished in a wonderful light turquoise blue An arrangement of twelve filing drawers, each with inset label windows Of generous size, each drawer resides behind a fold-away front door Secured with a twist latch, the internal lock mechanism untested — key absent Maker's labels read 'Carter - Parratt LTD, London S.W.1, Eng' - specialists in index systems Ideal for the specimen collector or within an institution This is a charming and fascinating mid-20th century set of vintage specimen drawers, with great industrial taste and eye-catching colour.
