About the Item

Victorian English Pine Dresser Base or Server, c. 1860 This piece is so good looking and has great color. And, it is very functional with all of the drawers and door storage. 5 drawers, and 2 cabinet doors, plus old bun feet. Please note that pine is a soft wood and it shows scratches and dents and coloration changes, especially where the knots are located. Also, as expected for a piece of furniture that is 150+ years old, there will be signs of age. I hope all of these photos show the nicks and scratches and old nail head wear. Also, the inside door locks have been replaced and the hardware is not original, which is typical of a piece that is so old.

Wear consistent with age and use. This piece is made of pine and pine is a softwood. I love the color of this piece, but it definitely shows dings and scratches, as expected for a pine piece that is 150+ years old. Also, the hardware has been replaced, but looks great.
