About the Item

Custom French Provincial Style Pot Board with Multiple Shelves. Good proportions with shaped sides and 4 shelves on sledge feet and painted finish. Modern. A charming custom-made pot board shelf in the French Provincial style, designed and handcrafted by Hastening Designs in the 2020s. This tall, open-shelved storage piece features a gently scalloped silhouette with thick side panels, shaped feet, and four fixed shelves above a broad baseboard. The simple, rustic form draws inspiration from 19th-century French kitchen and pantry furniture, blending utility with provincial elegance. The piece is hand-painted in a soft celadon green over white, and then gently distressed to emulate the character of age and use. The result is a light, airy finish with a subtly chalky patina that harmonizes with both antique and contemporary interiors. Perfect for displaying kitchenware, books, or decorative objects.
