About the Item

Vintage 1970s/1980s Mid-Century Modern Italian Art Deco style double shelved bar cart, tea trolley or drinks stand on castors in the style of Charles Hollis Jones. This two-tiered serving trolley features solid square poles or rods of Lucite (Acrylic) with polished brass corner trims and X bass details as well as two clear glass table tops. Perfect for drinks and barware it would also make a wonderful side table or for serving tea and cakes. You might think, at first, that having no handle is a hindrance but it actual proves rather useful as it allows for optimal movement and the ability to place the trolley anywhere and then access from either side without a handle being in the way. It is also much more balanced, streamlined and can be used as a table without it looking like an obvious trolley, rather a table on castors. Carefully and delicately cleaned, ready for use. Measurements are: Length 66.5cm Width 44cm Height 68.5 Distance between the two shelves 58cm.
