About the Item

A striking and uniquely detailed Italian 19th century Baroque st. ebonized Fruitwood, Giltwood, Portoro marble, faux Porphyr, and Semi Precious Stone center table. This exquisite rectangular table is raised by handsome square tapered legs and topie shaped feet. The four legs are joined by an 'H' shaped stretcher with a stunning central reserve of a spherical Faux Porphyr ball which is surrounded by an array of semi precious stone decorations. This array of semi precious stones extend from the stretcher to each leg as well as each side. Each reserve of semi precious stones is accented with Giltwood edges in each recessed panel. The truly gorgeous top showcases a rectangular Portoro marble set within a Giltwood and ebonized Fruitwood border.
