A late 20th Century square coffee table with an oak wood frame and steel plate inset top. The overall design can be characterized as minimal in structure and abundant in texture. The steel plate has a rich, varied patina that resembles a painterly abstraction and complements the warmth of the oak. The square legs create a sense of height and openness. A perfect coffee table for the living room that's simple and unexpected.
