About the Item

Elephant console by Mingardo Dimensions: D140 x W40 x H85 cm. Materials: RAL 9005 black varnished iron structure, top in marble (black marquina and pink granite), brass details. Weight: 95 kg Also Available in different finishes. The Elephant console is made of geometric elements that, assembled together, generate a product of unusual proportions. The shimmering blue galvanic finishing with brass reflections of the legs, and the pink and black marble of the top, give the console a sophisticated yet informal look. Mingardo Ilario founded Mingardo Blacksmith Workshop in 1970, after over twenty years’ experience in the metal processing field. The production was initially focused on simple blacksmith works for the construction industry. Over the time, it has become more refined, enabling the company to collaborate with internationally renowned companies and architects: from the first collaborations with architect Carlo Scarpa to the more recent commissions for Museo del Novecento in Milan, Parco della Musica in Florence, and Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. Over the years, the Workshop has achieved great results, with the production of unique metal products, all hand-wrought by a highly skilled team of specialized artisans. Nowadays, it is highly regarded in the local artisan field for its high-end refined finishing touches and details, and for its know-how.
