About the Item

Exceptional Brutalist school console table in the style of Paul Evans, made in the USA c. 1970's. The table is constructed of solid iron bars, which are hand sculpted to create a dimensional, textured surface. This is a very substantial table, in addition to being very long ( 78" ), it is heavy and extremely well crafted. In our opinion is this is a vintage, 1970's studio made piece, perhaps bespoke. The metal surface has a very nice patina, the top glass shelf has a sliver chip at one corner, usable as is, or you can replace the glass if you prefer a more polished look. Total H 33.5 x Second Shelf H 17 in. W 78 in. D 12 in.
