About the Item

Table "Urn" by Robert Venturi, Knoll International, USA, 1984.´ made of laminate over plywood with chrome-plated steel elements, urn shaped sculptural structure. This rare and special piece is one of the few furniture designed by Robert Venturi, US-American architect, one of the major architectural figures of the twentieth century, especially known for his theoretical writings. 'Complexity and Contradiction in Architecture' (1966) and 'Learning from Las Vegas' (1971), co-written with Denise Scott Brown and Steven Izenour e.g. became very influential in the theory of architecture.
