An exceptional Parsons style extension dining table by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, circa 1970. Exquisite bookmatched burlwood veneer over solid hardwood construction. The beautiful graining on this particular table are exquisite and make quite a drastic statement. The wonderful slender table profile enables great room circulation and intimate dinner conversation. An extremely dramatic room focal point. A gorgeous table intended to anchor a special dining room. This particular example is representative of the finest of the Baughman/Thayer Coggin production. The burlwood displays fabulous movement, color and warmth. A stunning organic piece of jewelry aged to absolute perfection.
