A very good looking well-made and function piece of Art furniture, it is extremely decorative, the piece has been fully restored to include a reclaimed vintage Cherry Wood base repurposed to use house the exquisite Antique Italian Pietra Dura Marble chessboard top The chessboard is for Jumbo pieces as the squares are much larger than normal, you can of course use standard size as well, it has multiple sections of marble inlay all over Condition wise there are some small losses in the inlay and some foxing to the top layer of lacquer, all signs of good honest use Dimensions Height:- 74cm Width:- 75cm Depth:- 75cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
