More information coming soon… Hand-carved in walnut during the 1600s, this amazing side table is from Burgundy, France. The original top has been replaced with a swath of needlework, dating to the 1800s. The original walnut has a rich, brown patina that accentuates the highly turned legs and stretcher.

Good antique condition. The base dates to the 1600s, with traces of old woodworm damage, minor nicks, and losses. Old restoration, including top being replaced with needlework, which is from the 1800s. Very light wear to the needlepoint.
