This refined 19th-century English pedestal side table is crafted in walnut and distinguished by a striking octagonal top centered by an intricate geometric marquetry design. The surface draws the eye immediately, with a radiating starburst motif laid out in contrasting veneers that create depth, rhythm, and a strong decorative presence. A narrow banded border frames the top neatly and reinforces the crisp outline of the form. Raised on a turned pedestal with slender dark linear accents, the table rests on three elegantly shaped legs with carved detail and scrolling feet.
