About the Item

Beautiful iconic wishbone circular table designed by Dean Santner featuring black walnut construction. This amazing design looks simple yet complex at the same time. Wonderful proportions make great use as a side table, end table, bedside tables or nightstands. A gorgeous and sensual rounded waterfall edge with graceful sculpted lines. A wonderful American Modern Craft example by one of the leading designers. Dean was part of the Bolinas Craft Guild lead by Arthur Espenet Carpenter. As with all wood grains different color shades are highlighted with different light sources. First photos with white background are taken outside and the others taken indoors. Master Craftsman Dean Santner designs are part of the American Modern Craft movement along side Wendell Castle, Nakashima, Phillip Powell to name a few. His furniture designs are in collections worldwide and have demanded high auction prices in most recent years. Price is per table
