About the Item

Extraordinary photograph taken and signed by the Parisian photographer David Law, where a female face is represented. It is printed in methacrylate, a modern material that enhances the brightness and depth of the image. In addition, this bracket adds a reflection effect that can change depending on the lighting and the angle from which the work is viewed, introducing dynamism. The photograph features a close-up of a female face, with fleshy lips in an intense purple tone and eyes profiled with dark shadows. This composition makes manifest an intention and a focus on sensuality. An intimate and enveloping atmosphere is also created, with a certain air of mystery, a characteristic present in the author's works. David Law London-based photographer David Law was born in Paris in 1967. He completed his secondary education in 1988 and pursued higher studies in the field of video and image. Insatiable and versatile, he tries his luck at poetry, writing, the comic, soundtrack recording, directing, film editing and, finally, photography. Always attracted to the mannequins in the storefronts, which seem to interrogate him, he began to photograph them in 1994. For these photos of "Girls in Town", he seeks to penetrate the mystery and the soul of these beautiful lonely women, who, like a mirror of our own lives, they give us back the image of what we are. His universe revolves around reflections and reflected reality, as another world mirror of reality. Therefore, this photographer specializes in capturing intimate and meaningful moments through his lens. He is distinguished by his ability to capture the essence of his subjects, be they people, animals or landscapes. He has traveled to many places around the world to capture unique moments and tell visual stories. His photographs have been exhibited in renowned galleries and published in prestigious magazines. His work has also been recognized with several awards, which testifies to his talent and dedication. David Law is also a photography teaching enthusiast. He shares his knowledge and experience through workshops, lectures and online tutorials, helping others develop their photographic skills and creativity.
