This is Julius Shulman's iconic photograph of the Kaufmann House, designed by Richard Neutra in 1946 and photographed by Shulman in 1947. The house was commissioned by Edgar J. Kaufmann, Sr. who also commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater.
