An antique partial wall frieze in marble of Nike, who was the goddess of victory in Greek mythology, in good condition. She was depicted having wings and was the daughter of Titan and Styx. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1890, Greece. The Greek Mythology is the body of legends, initial told by the ancient Greeks. These stories, sagas concern the origin and the nature of the world, the lives and activities of heroes and mythological creatures.
