Berkel Manual Flywheel Slicer B2 Black Compact elegance for every space The Berkel B2 Black is the most compact flywheel slicer in the modern Berkel range. Designed for those who seek elegance at home and at the table, it combines refined aesthetics with outstanding slicing performance. Despite its compact size, it features a 265 mm blade, larger than most in its category, ensuring precision and efficiency. Its smart design allows easy placement in the kitchen: the flywheel protrudes only 33 mm below the base, allowing drawers beneath the countertop to open effortlessly. Harmonious and perfectly proportioned, it preserves the iconic Berkel style while delivering the perfect cut envisioned by founder Wilhelmus van Berkel.
