About the Item

This stunning necklace is a chocker piece for the haute couture house of Jean-Louis Scherrer. The necklace is made of a gold-toned thick and bulging band. The originality of this vintage necklace resides in the tips: the opening is ornated with colourful beads, and mounted on byzantine design cones. The necklace can be worn two ways: firstly, we the beads hiding behind the neck, only showing the thick gold band for a simpler look; and finally with the beads upfront for a more sophisticated look. One of the coral beads is missing one of the cones. Measurements are rounded off. This piece does not come in its original box. Please note that our pieces can look much better in reality because photos do not capture beauty accurately. Thank you for your consideration.
