However, we do charge a small non-refundable fee for resizing existing rings. We strive to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the original retail purchase.  Please note that the limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse or misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage that occurs over time, such as scratches or the wearing off of coatings, is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
