French Renaissance Relief Sculptures – Château d’Écouen Engravings, 1803 Description: This refined set of three early nineteenth-century engravings illustrates sculptural reliefs from the chapel of the historic Château d’Écouen. The prints originate from the rare architectural publication Paris et ses Monuments, mesurés, dessinés et gravés, produced by the French architect and engraver Louis-Pierre Baltard and published in Paris in 1803 during the Napoleonic era.
