About the Item

A set of 40 reclaimed red 4.5-inch Minton & Hollins encaustic tiles detailed with floral and quatrefoil patterns. Ideal for use as a unique antique tile splashback, entranceway floor or fireplace hearth in a period cottage or Victorian era property. Dating from the 19th century, these reclaimed tiles have been in use for more than a century and as such have a characterful, timeworn look with scuffs and crazing here and there that only enhances the beauty of these striking patterned tiles. While we have arranged these antique tiles as pictured, they are not fixed and can be re-arranged in a desired pattern or shape to suit your project. Additional Information Each tile is approximately 4.5 x 4.5 inches. Overall dimensions are measurements for tiles as arranged in image.
