A compact composition with a strong architectural rhythm, this Amsterdam School side table balances solid oak with a restrained geometric language. The interplay between curved edges and upright supports gives the piece a sculptural quality, characteristic of Dutch furniture design from the interwar period. Quiet in scale yet confident in form, the table carries the warmth and craftsmanship associated with the movement. Crafted in solid oak, the table is built around a circular top resting on four broad legs with softly rounded outer corners. Between these supports sits a lower circular platform, connected through intersecting stretchers that create a layered construction.
