Circa 1900 watercolor "Lazy Stream with Cows" by Francis Stayman Medairy. Signed lower right "F.S. Medairy", PA & NY, 1856-1930. Watercolor on paper laid on card stock. An ethereal dawn mist in Fall beautifully captured. Later rope & bead motif frame. Image: 12" x 18". Frame: 15.5" x 21.5" x 1".
