Early 20th century English village scene watercolor by S. Hart. A charming English village of thatched roof cottages, a mother & daughter walking hand in hand. Signed lower right. While S. Hart is unknown, he had a fine technique with charming perspective. Probably original frame. Not examined out of the frame. Light foxing. Sight: 5.5" x 13.75". Framed: 13.5" x 21 5/8".
